Menus, Selectors and Toolbar size adjustment.

I am older with eye sight deteriorating. I have noticed when working on images that the menus panels and palettes have become more difficult to see and require poking my head much closer to the monitor. Most important the tool bar for adjusting brush sizes and opacity, the brush menu, and the current brush history selector. It would be nice to have the option of increasing the size of each menu and toolbar appearing by clicking on the corner to make it larger and smaller, including the font size. Something similar to a browser where you can either use the outer perimeter outline bar to increase or decrease the size of your viewing area or extend from each corner. Instead of Adaptive, Responsive as they would call this in web design for adjusting to different sized devices used for viewing this idea might be for adjusting to visual eye sight capabilities.
