I upgraded from Painter 2022 to Painter 2023 or tried to. I get an error telling my account is missing some information and to contact Customer Service. I did this and even sent screen shots. Still no resolution and I can't use the application. So far Customer Service has been unable to assist.
So far I have uninstalled Painter 2022, the Thumbnail Viewer, and Painter 2023, cleaned out the registry per instructions in the Knowledgebase, deleted all folders mentioned in the same instructions, cold-booted the PC, and finally reinstalled Painter 2023.
No luck.
Has anyone else run into this? If so, were you able to fix it and how?
