Painter is essentially unusable at higher resolutions but especially at 4k. Implement hardware accleration throughout all of Painter. Rebelle and Photoshop are buttery smooth at 4k whereas doing anything like rotating, zooming and panning will happed at probably under 5fps at best in Painter (assuming Painter doesn't just give up and crash the way it likes to).
